Inspire
- A member (or members) of the Adventurous Accompaniment team will work with you to create a vision of accompaniment in your context (whether it be diocese, parish, school, etc.)
- We will co-design a strategy for engagement, best suited to your needs. You'll get access to promotional resources and our methods of engagement.
Equip
- We will work with you to build a 3-6 month training programme to build up accompaniment advocates.
Side-by-Side P1
- This includes a full day workshop exploring the core principles of accompaniment
- We will also work alongside you to run a 2-5 month programme of ongoing reflection, with our 6-part interactive sessions, going in-depth to embed those principles of accompaniment in practice.
Side-by-Side P2
- We will offer you a full-day workshop, reflecting on what has been learnt during those 6 sessions, where we can deepen our skills in accompanying others.
Nurture & Share
- We will offer you full access to the resources provided in Equip. This means that you get to keep them and use them whenever you want.
- Working together with you, we can build a Community of Accompaniers, for those who participated in Equip, made for those who want to continue intentionally practising the core principles.
